Hello,
I am fairly new to the ENT/Audiology coding. I have been presented with a question from the billers. Code combinations 92602 or 92604 processed with 92585 or 92626. In some of the encounters modifiers 52,59 have been used. Insurance is denying
Encounter codes:
92604, 92626-59;
92604, 92585-52,59 (I believe they added mod 52 because there was only 1 report in the chart);
92602, 92585-52,59
92626-52, 92604

Any assistance with these code sets would be greatly appreciated.
