I have a psychiatrist that would like to set up a camera in the room to conduct an E/M service as audiovisual. This is a hospital system with 4 different campuses. The psychiatrist would be at one campus and use a camera set up in the room of a patient at another campus to assess the patient for example: Baker Act. This would be similar to telemedicine but the location is between two hospitals.
How would this be coded?
