Wiki audit tool for telehealth E/M visits

Does anyone know if there is tool like we have with the 95 and 97 guidelines to audit E/M visits but done through telehealth. LIke for a new patient and no exam was done but you have to have 3 components is there guidance saying what to do ?

Right, for telemedicine 99201-99215, you do not need to have the 3 components. You may code either on MDM only or on time. Until 2021, this is ONLY for telemedicine.
 
I'm starting to audit telemedicine/telehealth services.. I was advised the same, coding either on MDM or on time.
Little confused, I've researched and I want to confirm. HELP :eek:

Video and Audio codes 99421-99423, these services we are able to code 99201-99215 by either MDM or total time. (cumulative time documented) - with modifier 95 and place of service 11

Audio codes (telephone only) 99441-99443 by total time (cumulative time documented). Medicaid and Medicaid MCO's they want E/M services to be billed 99201-99215
