Does anyone have any information on how to get "certified" to be an auditor? Please let me know.
 
I work as an auditor. There are quite a few certifacations you can get. One is from the American Association of Medical Auditing Specialists. The certifacation is CMAS (certified medical auditing specialist). You can visit their website at www.aamas.com. AAPC also has one for E/M auditing. It is the CPC E/M. Hope this helps.:)
