Wiki Auditing chiro records

I am an auditing chiro medical records from a provider group which has 2 chiro's practicing. They both bill the same but their records are documented completely different. One is cut and dry and the other of course is not. I am not specialized in chiro coding and need some assistance. The provider writes: "The thoraco-pelvic alignment shows posterior translation to the pelvis."

Does anyone know if the thoraco-pelvic is considered one region or two?

According to the PCCRP (Practicing Chiropractor Committee on Radiology Protocols, there are five spinal regions that qualify as separate anatomic sites. These are the cervical region (includes atlanto-occipital joint), the thoracic region (includes costovertebral and costotransverse joints), the lumbar region, the sacral region and the pelvic (sacroiliac joint) region. The thoraco-pelvic alignment refers to the sagittal balance line drawn from the thoracic (one spinal region) and to the pelvis (another spinal region).
