When you audit dx mgmt, data and risk for medical decision making and all 3 audit to a different level I was trained to use the lowest level. Is this correct?

When looking at Medical Decision Making , if you do not have a column with 2 or 3 circles then you use the column with the center circle.(i.e. #dx 3, data is 2, and highest risk is high, you would use moderate decision making.)
