I am new to podiatry and I'm wondering what auditing tool everyone uses. Thank you in advance.
 
Google Evaluation and management audit sheets

There are several styles, but they all have the same information just formatted a bit differently. I would Google and see which one you like best.
 
None for Podiatry

In the 1997 E/M guidelines there is an Orthopedic exam, but nothing specific for podiatry.

AS you code the office visits you will find that 1995 guidelines will serve you better since you can get a higher code faster due to the exam.
 
I have been using the 1995 guidelines, but I wanted to make sure that there wasn't something more specific to podiatry. Thank you for your help.
