With the new autism legislation, do we have to list autism as the primary diagnosis on the claim to receive coverage? We have always used treating diagnosis as primary with medical diagnosis as secondary for therapy service billing. (physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy)

I am not a biller, any information about sequencing order of dx(s) would be grately appreciated.
