I have a patient who has MS, and my provider has been giving her the Q3025 injection for that. Medicare is denying the service stating it is a non covered service, because it is not medically necessary. Has anyone else come across this issue and was able to resolve it? They used to pay it but they have all of a sudden stopped. My provider used to order the medication for her, but has had to stop because of the non payment.
