looking for a cpt code that describes aortic valve replacement with plication of non coronary sinus if there is one...
 
I don't think there is specific code if they are making the annulus smaller by plicating the non-coronary sinus, I think you would just use 33405.

If they were enlarging the annulus, I would use 33411.
