Wiki axillary artery exploration cpt??

One of my providers did an cutdown to the axillary artery after intervention for aortic aneurysm when the arm still appeared ischemic with no radial pulse after completing aneurysm repair. He then abandoned exploration after doppler signals were noted to be normal. Any suggestions of what cpt to use for cutdown to axillary artery?

Have you considered using CPT 35761 - Exploration (not followed by surgical repair) with or without lysis of artery; other vessels?
