Hi all,
  1. The provider performed EKG on current visit EKG order and tracing sheet is there & the provider noted in visit note "EKG shows LVH", In this scenario for B-Table whether we can take 3 points (1- point for EKG order, 2- Points for Independent visualization of image, tracing, or specimen itself [not simply review of report) or consider only one point for B-table.
