Can someone please help me with this code. Bi-V generator change for sedondary prevention at time of first implant (8/3/05) for syncope,CHF, Parox Ventric Tachycardia, Ischemic cardiomyopathy. I have code for these but Medicare keeps denying for invalid diagnosis. Has anyone had experience with this and received payment??

if the generator change is for eol(battery goind dead) use V53.32 . Im assuming this is for ICD since you are saying secondary prevention etc.
