Is it appropriate to code Low Back Pain 724.2 and Thoracic/lumbosacral neuritis/radiculitis 724.4 at the same time. Or is Low Back Pain 724.2 the only code needed?

I agree-it's most likely the radiculitis that's causing the back pain, so no need to include the code for back pain, just the condition that's causing the pain.
