Insulin injections one minute apart in the on the floor. The patient was given insulin injections with one minute apart three times and CPT does not that we cannot bill IM's every single minute. But is there something we are missing?
Would this be correct?
1/24 -- insulin IM given @ 0913, 1328, 1329, 1805, 1807, 2215 = 96372 x 6
1/25 -- insulin IM given @ 0845, 0846, 1257, 1258 = 96372 x 4
