One of my doctors did an ESWL on a patient 11/11/2024. The same day the patient came into the ER unable to urinate, so the same doctor that did the surgery admitted him for pain control, and then went back in the next day and did the exact same surgery on the patient, on the same kidney. I am looking for advice on how to code the 11/11 surgery, the consult, and the 11/12 surgery.
