My physician did the baha placement code 69714. I have billed to Florida Medicare with diagnosis 389.20, rebilled with diagnosis 389.9, rebilled with 389.8 rebilled with 389.22 and finally 389.21. All of my claims are being denied, as diagnosis incompatable with procedure. Does any one have any success in billing this procedure and what is the magic diagnosis that works?
Thanks for any advice
