BAL with Aspiration of mucous secretion

Hello, Can anyone tell me if the 2 codes 31624 and 31645 can be billed together on the same date for the same lung? Provider did a BAL on right lower lung, mucous aspiration was done on the right upper lung. The procedure was performed through a tracheostomy tube. During an inpatient visit the provider decided to perform a BAL. Codes 99232-25, 31624-52, 31645 was suggested. Or should it be 99232-24, 31645-52. Thinking that the BAL is integral to 31624? thoughts?
