Wiki Band ligation with anoscopy

We typically do a banding of hemor. (46221) by sigmoidoscopy. (45330) But we are seeing some band ligations being done with anoscopies. (46600) We are not getting reimbursed for the anoscopies.

Are any other practices doing band ligation with anoscopy? And are you being paid for the anoscopy?
 
Per CCI edits anoscopy is always included in the banding code and should not be billed or paid together.
