One of my providers does barbotage under US guidance in the office setting. We have been billing these as 20611, now we are being told this is incorrect and that we should be billing a unlisted code for this (20999). Can anyone help with what CPT is appropriate 20611 vs 20999?
 
I am wondering the same thing. But I was directed to unlisted 23929 unlisted shoulder. where did you get your info for unlisted 20999?
