Patient had a lap sleeve gastrectomy in 2008. Patient now presents with GERD & small hiatal hernia. Doc performs a lap conversion of gastric bypass to sleeve gastrectomy, 43644.

Patients BMI is 23.5. This does not meet NIH criteria.

Anyone experience this and what did you do?
