I need help with coding this pathology report

Prostatic hyperplasia with foci of basal cell hyperplasia. Focal chronic
inflammatory changes. No malignancy seen

I would use 600.20. You don't really get a choice to say without *mention* of LUTS, but this code does include NOS.

If the clinical info says LUTS you can use 600.21, but that's not pertinent pathologically.
