BCBS 2025 Telemedicine Policy

Hello, Has anyone been able to find an updated telemedicine policy for BCBS for 2025? I am in MN and they have just advised to use the current policy until they update it. Even though they have stated that, I’m slightly hesitant to do that.
 
Every carrier makes their own guidelines about whether or not telemedicine is covered and how it should be billed. If they already provided guidance to follow their current policy that is what I would recommend.

Thanks for responding. The current policy they have hasn’t been updated since July and includes the expired phone codes 99441-99443. It seems wrong to bill them expired codes. I think I’ll give it another week or so and see if they update the policy. If not, then I’ll have to follow the guidance they have given.
