Wiki BCBS & 96372

Hello-

We recently started seeing denials in multiple states for the 96372 being included in the E&M code.
Anyone have any information on if a change was made regarding the BCBS payers and the 96372 ?

Was there a mod 25 on E&M?? If already there, try mod 59 on CPT 96372. Hope that helps!!
