Wiki BCBS blood draws

We are having a problem getting paid by BCBS of NC for blood draws. We draw the specimen and send it to LabCorp for processing and they bill Blue Cross for the actual labs drawn. Do we need a modifier on the CPT code in order to get paid? Has anyone else seen this issue?
