Wiki BCBS denying multiple podiatric claims for bundling -help!

Hello,

Recently I have seen denials from BCBS for G0127.59.Q8 when billed with 11720.Q8. They denied the G0127 stating it was bundled with the 11720.

I also have a denial for both the 11720.59.Q8 AND G0127.59.Q8 when it was billed with 11056.Q8 stating it was bundled with the 11056.

And another denial for 99213.25 when it was billed with 17110 CPT code. Again it says it is incidental to the primary procedure.

I've never had this issue in the past.

Anyone else seeing this? Any solutions working?
