Can anyone tell me why BCBS denying payment for 29826-59 code with 23410? It is an add-on code and is bundled with 23410 that's why 59 modifier was added. Can we put a modifier on an add-on code?

29826 can only be used in conjunction with 29806-29825, 29827, 29828. You should only code 23410. Without seeing the note that's all the info I can give. Hope this helps.
