Is anyone having issues with BlueCross paying for flu vaccines??? They keep denying it saying the NDC is not valid.
 
Bcbs flu vaccine

We have had a lot of such problems and it seems to depend on wether it is a commercial or medicare advantage plan. What codes, NDC's, bcbs products are you having these issues with?
 
We are having issues with 90688,90686,90685, 90658 and it seems with the blue cross ppo's. and we put the ndc on the vial and they'll deny and we send with the ndc from the box and they'll deny as well
