BCBS (Hawaii's HMSA) - No longer paying for E/M w/ Telehealth POS & modifiers

What can the providers use now in place of these E/M codes or is HMSA (BCBS) just not going to reimburse E/M codes w/ telehealth cpts? Thank you for your help! :)
 
Hi there, have you checked their current telehealth policy to see if they want the new telehealth codes? Several Blues have switched to them.
