We have recently had an issue with BCBS not paying for antibody testing 86769, 86769-59 Z11.59 dx code. Has anyone else had these issues with BCBS. I cannot get anyone on the phone to explaine to me the denial for units for the provider. We are billing accroding to AMA guidelines for the multi step test for IGG and IGM. We are not having any other issues with any other payers.
