BCG immunotherapy

I have to code for intravesical BCG immunotherapy. I did some research and think that CPT 51720 is the code to use. There is also CPT 90586 for the BCG serum. Are these codes correct, and should both of them be billed?

Here is the procedure note:

The patient in a supine position. After routine sterile
preparation and draping, catheterized without difficulty. Catheterized
urine sent for cytology per routine. Will check results when available.

Following bladder decompression, 50 mg of TICE strain BCG instilled in
retrograde fashion into the bladder without difficulty under gravity
drainage.

Thanks for any help you can give.
Julie

We use 51720 and 99211. For provision of chemotherapeutic agents, report both the specific service in addition to code(s) for the specific substance(s) or drug(s) provided)
