Does anyone have any insight/guidelines on the BCG procedure for bladder cancer? J9031 / 51720

My main question is if the Dr must be present for this type of chemotherapy to be given? I thought maybe seeing somewhere that the Dr must be present first but then subsequent times can be with the PA (NPP) present??
