What is the ICD 9 CM code for BEGIGN ENDOMERIAL POLYP. Is it 621.0 or 219.1?
 
621.0 is the correct code for polyp, endometrium.

219.1 is the code for neoplasm, endometrium, benign.

Double-check the documentation and make sure it states polyp - not lesion/neoplasm, etc.
