I wanted to reach out on coding issue we are have at our pediatrics office for the codes 96156, 96158, 96159. We initially billed out with no modifier they pad 96156 but denied the 96158 and 96159 as inclusive to 96156. We then added modifier 59 to the codes that did not pay and they are rejecting upfront for cpt code/ modifier. This is for Priority health commercial plan. I wanted to see if anyone has billed this or have and information on best coding for these cpt codes?
