Can you bill for 2 encounters performed by the same provider on the same day one being a behavioral health visit and the other being a primary care visit? Provider creates 2 notes one billed to members primary care insurance (Aetna) and other billed to behavioral health insurance (Optum Behavioral Health) both being coded as E/M's.
