What would be the best DX to use for "no diagnosis" this is mostly happening with our behavioral health assessments -H0031?? Thanks!!!

Series of codes from V60..-V65.. are options, but you have to give us more. What is being "ruled out"?

They do the mental health screenings, brief screenings.
