Hello everyone,
I am having trouble with billing PHP institutional claims for Tricare for children and adolescents. All DOS are on individual lines and I have the condition code 41 on the claims. However, they are only paying one line item. This is the only payer I am having trouble with for PHP services. Can some one please help me? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
