Wiki Behavioral Health Coding - I just accepted

I just accepted a new job coding for behavioral health (inpt and outpt) physician based. I am not quite sure where to start. Does anyone have any pointers they can give me or any info that would help? I would really appreciate it. Thanks

I am interviewing for a coding position for a large psychiatric clinic this afternoon. Just reading this forum has helped and reading posts from the American Psychiatric Association website helps. As I go through this forum, I look up the codes that are being questioned so I can get an idea of how they are reported together.
