Hi to all my fellow coders,
I am reaching out to all of the Behavioral Health Coders in Ohio that have gone through the BH Redesign. We are having problems with getting our claims paid that are billed with same day different location. Example: The provider saw the child at school in the morning then later that day saw them in their home. This is usually for kids that are receiving IHBT services (H2015). We have been getting mixed responses on how these should be billed. I can not seem to get a good answer, should we be using an XE modifier?
