Are all mental health diagnoses codes excepted by all insurances?
 
Hi,
ICD-10 CM as a code set is accepted and used by all insurances.
Is this a general question or you asking re: denials?
 
an insurance will accept all ICD 10 codes whether its payable is another story , because the patient may not have coverage for that DX
