I'm trying to bill
90837

-99355

According to the CPT
90837 can be billed in conjunction with 90785
and with 99355. However, nothing stating that all three can or cannot be billed together. Can anyone tell me if all 3 can be billed together?

90837--Psychotherapy
90785--interactive complexity--add-on code
99355--add'l 30 minutes
