Is there a CPT code for a Treatment Plans or treatment plan review for commercial insurances for Psychiatric or Therapy or is all bundled in to codes like 90792, 99204, or 90837.
Like Medicaid is there CPT codes for reviewing vital, initial consultation and intake with the medical assistant. Hope I am asking this question correctly.

No the treatment plan would be included in the therapy cpt or medication management visits with psych.
