The must have for me is put out by Optum 360, Coding Companion for Ophthalmology. Everything but CCI edits.
 
I also like Optum 360's Coding Companion for Ophthalmology. It's been a great resource over the years.

We use the Optum 360 Ophthalmology comprehensive illustrated guide to coding and reimbursement as well.
