I have never worked specifically with ob/gyn so I have a question about billing the antepartum visits. Example: CPT code 59400 includes antepartum, delivery and postpartum. What code do you use to bill those individual antepartum visits? 99024 would not be appropriate because it is for postoperative visits. There has to be a charge entry piece to clear them in the system.

You can make a generic code i.e. OB visit with a zero charge amount. Set this code up as you would the 99024. Zero charge and have it not go to insurance
