I would be careful. I recently discovered that out of state telehealth really depends on the rules of the states. many states have already ended their PHE, so out of state providers cannot provide telehealth services to patients in those states.

Exactly - many states already (for awhile) do not permit providers to treat patients located in that state without a license for that state. This is more along the the lines of requirements for telehealth pre-March 2020. I know for years with digital radiology technology - oftentimes the MD is located elsewhere but must have a license for the state. It's more about the licensing rather than where the provider is physically located.
