Hello, I just have a question on the skin flaps, is they are included in the reconstruction CPT code 19357.
Generally the Dr. us the Dermal Matrix 15777 during the procedures so, not familiar with the skin flaps .

Check 19631 to 19369, and what skin flap your surgeon used.
CPT 19357 is included subsequent expansions of the tissue expander.
If you have AMA CPT 2021 professional edition, it has explanations on page 124.
