Can someone please help? My provider did two craniectomies, one on left side and one on the right side for metastatic brain tumor(s). Are you able to bill 61510 twice in one day and what would be the proper modifier to use on second procedure?

Any information on this one? I have same situation. Can we bill it twice on the same day?

I have the same question, but my physician did LT frontal and LT temporal.
