Bilateral Ear Tissue Rearrangements

Hi all -

I have this scenario stuck in my head. The surgeon performed tissue rearragements on the left and right ear. Would you code 1) 14060 2)14060/59? OR 14060 once.

My facial plastic surgeon performs ear tissue rearrangements often and that is how I always bill. The tissue transfer codes are billed per defect, so the correct way to bill is 14060 & 14060-59.

Skin codes don't use RT, LT or 50 because skin can't be unilateral or bilateral.
