Wiki Bilateral ICD with 20611(RT)

I want to know if we are allowed to bill a bilateral ICD code when we are using it admin code for one laterality. like 20611--RT--M17.0. it is correct?

I HAVE BEEN BECAUSE WHEN I SEND OUT LATERALY M17.11 and m17.12 it comes back denied. so i've been sending out m17.0 and it is getting paid.

i am billing 99213 with a xray and an injections, but you need to add a pain code for an injection and not diagnose the OA use the pain code on the injection.
