Procedure description reads:

Redo Right L5-S1 Microdiscectomy
Left L5-S1 Microdiscectomy

How is this supposed to be coded w/ a redo (in the global) on one side and new procedural work on the left?

Dx. Recurrent disk herniation L5-S1 w/ S1 radic.
